*If you completely unscrewed the nut:
– first instal the nut on the crutch,
– then the rubber gasket,
– then spin the Smart Crutch Tip

Download the
“ComeBack Mobility – Patient” App and follow the instruction

Syncing To Smartphone

Сlick “Connect” on the Main screen

On the next screen, click “Allow”
to find ComeBack Mobility
Smart Crutch Tips

Find Smart Crutch Device on your Bluetooth screen
Choose the name and click “Connect”

*If Smart Crutch Tips are not found, click “Scan”, wait 2 minutes, and repeat Step 4. If the issue is not resolved, please contact Customer Support

Congratulations! Your Smart Crutch Tips are now ready to work

1. Crutch tip fastener

Universal fastener for crutches with tip diameters of 0.6″ to 0.86″

2. Light indication

Provides feedback on the weight bearing (WB) level: excessive, insufficient, or recommended WB

3. Battery container

Two AA batteries included

4. Rubber pad

Preinstalled to prevent slipping

Light indication

Indication for each step

3 red flashings – excessive weight bearing
-> Need to put more weight on the crutches

3 blue flashings – insufficient weight on the leg
-> Need to put more weight on the leg

Energy – saving mode

1 alternate blue and green flashing – the energy – saving mode is off
-> When the tips are stationary for 2 minutes, the energy – saving mode is on

Charging

3 yellow flashings – tips charge level 20% – 10%
-> We recommend to charge the crutch tips

Steady red light – tips charge level 10% – 0%
-> Tips are discharged. The device has to be charged to continue your rehabilitation

White flashing – charge is in progress
-> White flashing stops – device is fully charged

Tips are faulty (out of order)

Alternate red and blue flashing
-> The crutch tips cannot be used. Please contact customer service

Stand – alone tips mode

You can use the feedback on the Smart Crutch Tips for rehabilitation

To do this you should:

Connect with your smartphone to the crutch tips after completing registration

The crutch tips memorize
the rehabilitation program

Every 7 days you have to connect to your smartphone to update the program on the crutch tips
